BollywoodLife Awards took place today evening. It's the fifth edition of the BL Awards and was conducted in a glitzy digital ceremony. Winners were announced in over 40 categories across major categories: TV, Bollywood, OTT and social media. And what a spectacular awards ceremony it was with our amazing host Ritwik Dhanjani, who very ably handled the whole show on his shoulders. Last year for Bollywood has been a blockbuster year with so many amazing performances and movies. Let us meet the winners from the Bollywood category, shall we?

Best Actor in a Negative Role
Lord Bobby Deol wins Best Actor in a Negative Role for Animal at the BollywoodLife Awards 2024. Bobby was nominated alongside Manish Wadhwa (Gadar 2), Emraan Hashmi (Tiger 3), John Abraham (Pathaan), and Vijay Sethupathi (Jawan).
Best Song
Shreyas Puranik sung Satranga from Animal won Best Song at the BollywoodLife.com Awards 2024. Chaleya (Jawan), Jhoome Jo Pathaan (Pathaan), Tere Vaaste (ZHZB), Tum Kya Mile (RARKPK), Lutt Putt Gaya (Dunki) and Animal (Satranga) were nominated alongside Satranga.
Best Playback Singer
Vishal and Raj Shekhar (Pehle Bhi Main), Arijit Singh (Satranga), Bhupinder Babbal (Arjan Vailly), Sonu Nigam (Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se), Shilpa Rao (Besharam Rang), Shreya Ghoshal (Tum Kya Mile).
Best debut (Male/Female)
Avneet Kaur wins Best Debut at BL Awards 2024. She won in front of Alizeh Agnihotri, Rajveer Deol, Shehnaaz Gill and Paloma Dhillon.
Best Director
Sandeep Reddy Vanga wins for none other than one of the blockbusters of 2023, Animal. He was nominated alongside Rajkumar Hirani (Dunki), Atlee (Jawan), Karan Johar (RARKPK), Meghna Gulzar (Sam Bahadur), Vidhu Vinod Chopra (12th Fail).
Best Film
Bhushan Kumar wins the Best Film for Animal at the BL Awards 2024. It beat the likes of Jawan, Pathaan, 12th Fail, Sam Bahadur and Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
Best Actor (Popular Choice)
Kartik Aaryan wins the Best Actor (Popular Choice) for his work in Satyaprem Ki Katha. Other nominees include Ranbir Kapoor (Animal), Vicky Kaushal (Zara Hatke Zara Bachke) and Ranveer Singh (RARKPK).
Best Actress
Taapsee Pannu wins the Best Actress role for Dunki. She was nominated with amazing talents such as Alia Bhatt (RARKPK), Deepika Padukone (Pathaan), Sara Ali Khan (Zara Hatke Zara Bachke), Kiara Advani (Satyaprem Ki Katha) and Shraddha Kapoor (Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar).
