Well, actress Manasi Salve who is playing the role of Isha, Savi's mother-in-law spoke about her character's resemblance with Neena Kulkarni's role in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.

After Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin revamped post generation leap, netizens compared it with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Neena Kulkarni played Divyanka Tripathi's mother who does not bond well with Karan Patel's mother in the show. Similarly, in Ghum, Isha does not get along with Rajat who is a single father to Sai.

In an interview with Bombay Times, Manasi said that as an actor she has no clue about it. She also said that an actor is not involved in the creative process so she is in no capacity to comment on the same. She even said that an actor is the last in the hierarchy as far as the script is concerned. Manasi said that she is giving her best to the role and said that she feels interested and have received good feedback on it. Manasi said that the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has been quite famous, but she has not watched it at length.
